Measured Air
Service 04 · Fresh Air / Makeup Air

Filtration cleans the air. Ventilation replaces it.

A purifier can't lower CO₂, clear stale odors, or feed a furnace that's starving for air. Sometimes the fix isn't scrubbing the air you have, it's bringing in more, balanced, filtered, and smart enough to pull back when the valley fills with smoke.

A purifier won't move this number. Only fresh air does. We bring it in on purpose, filtered and balanced.

Why ventilation, not just filtration

Some problems you can't filter your way out of.

Filters can't remove CO₂

A purifier won't lower carbon dioxide or stale odors. Only fresh air does that. We bring it in on purpose, filtered and balanced.

Tight homes need makeup air

Range hoods, dryers, and fireplaces pull air from somewhere. Without makeup air, that somewhere is often your chimney, backwards.

Fresh, not smoky

Bringing in outdoor air shouldn't mean bringing in smoke. We filter and control the intake so you get fresh without the haze.

What we handle

Bringing in the right amount of fresh air, at the right time, without the smoke.

  • High CO₂

Stuffy bedrooms and packed rooms that need real fresh air, not another fan.

  • Makeup air

Replacing what big range hoods, dryers, and fireplaces pull out of the house.

  • Balanced ventilation

Supply and exhaust that work together instead of fighting each other.

  • Combustion safety

Backdraft risk from furnaces, water heaters, and fireplaces in tight homes.

  • Smoke-aware intake

Fresh-air settings that pull back automatically when outdoor air turns bad.

  • Heat recovery

ERV and HRV options that ventilate without throwing away your comfort.

How ventilation works with us

Find the gap, size the air, prove the balance.

  1. Find the gap

We measure CO₂, pressure, and exhaust to see where fresh air is missing and where the house is pulling it from.

  2. Size the air

We calculate how much outdoor air the space actually needs, and when, instead of guessing at a fan size.

  3. Bring it in clean

We design filtered, controlled intake, with heat recovery where it fits, so fresh air does not cost you comfort.

  4. Verify balance

We re-check CO₂ and pressure to confirm the space breathes properly and nothing backdrafts.

Give the space room to breathe

When the fix is more air, bring it in the right way.

Lower the CO₂, feed your appliances safely, and ventilate without inviting the smoke in, with a system sized and verified for your space.
